Electric Circus built a bespoke program interface as an elevated overlay for the existing Cornerstone LMS. This solution automated cohort sign-ups, synced live sessions to calendars, and enforced a linear learning path, effectively eliminating the administrative burden. The transition was so successful that Hiscox migrated its Global Induction and Management Fundamentals programs onto the same automated structure, transforming it into a high-impact talent touchpoint.
