M.R.P. streamlines pathology operations with Elecsis for 15+ years

The customer, M.R.P., is a pathology laboratory in Colombia with over 15 years of experience. Their challenge was to modernize their operations with new branding and a more efficient, cloud-based web application to handle internal processes and reduce response times. They partnered with the vendor, Elecsis, for branding, UX/UI, and enterprise software services.

Elecsis developed a customized health management cloud software solution called Clapp, which included modules for patient registration, diagnostics, billing, and appointments. The vendor migrated all of the lab's existing data to the new platform. Elecsis also delivered a new logo and website. As a result, M.R.P. has been successfully using the software since 2014, achieving a more efficient and integrated operational platform.
