Produktiva, the construction arm of GRUPO EDIFICA in Lima, Peru, is a leader in Lean Construction but faced a challenge integrating its pull-planning methodology with traditional Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling. Their existing tools, MS Project and Excel, were static and inefficient for their dynamic, location-based needs. By implementing Elecosoft's Asta Powerproject, Produktiva seamlessly combined lean pull-planning with CPM scheduling.
