Wellways Australia, a major not‑for‑profit provider of mental health, disability and community services operating across six states and 97 sites, faced fragmentation after rapid growth. Their SharePoint 2013 intranet required Office 365 accounts so many frontline and casual staff couldn’t access it, staff struggled to find information, and important communications were lost in email overload.

Elcom delivered a responsive, Australia‑hosted intranet with unlimited user licensing, mobile access for all staff, improved search, quicklinks, alerts with mandatory‑read reporting, an enhanced staff directory and robust document management (metadata, expiry and versioning).
