Perisher, the largest ski resort in the southern hemisphere, needed to replace manual staff training with an efficient, cost‑effective online orientation and training program that improved user experience and could be delivered on time and within budget. The challenge included documenting training processes and creating a scalable platform suitable for permanent and seasonal staff.

Elcom worked with Perisher to design, build and launch a redesigned intranet powered by elcomCMS, including a Training Manager and integrated features for navigation, document control and internal communications. The solution delivered a centralized knowledge base, improved compliance and customer service, reduced paperwork and mailing costs, and was completed on schedule and within budget.
