The NSW Health Education Centre Against Violence (ECAV) is a statewide unit that develops the specialist workforce for preventing and responding to violence, abuse and neglect. ECAV’s previous website scattered course information across multiple pages, making it hard for health staff and partner organisations to find and apply for training; this caused frustration, high enquiry email volumes and a need to improve accessibility and inclusivity for diverse communities.

Elcom redeveloped ECAV as a streamlined multi-site on the WSLHD Elcom Platform, consolidating and revamping content, using Aboriginal artwork and colours, and building an accessible, easy-to-navigate homepage with six quick-link icons. The solution includes a dynamic, filterable course listing synced daily to an external course service, downloadable PDFs, integrated application workflows, and a seamless Ecwid store for resources. The result is a more inclusive, usable site that reduced course-related inbox traffic, meets NSW accessibility standards, and delivers cost savings through a shared platform deployment.
