Medical Indemnity Protection Society (MIPS) is an Australian not‑for‑profit that supports some 50,000 healthcare practitioners and students by providing indemnity, education and member services. MIPS needed to extend online engagement, streamline a fragmented digital presence and give members a secure, easy way to access training, membership documents and personalised information.

Elcom delivered a unified CMS with an integrated learning management system plus custom features such as automated email and SMS alerts and a risk‑education dashboard. The project consolidated legacy systems and data, provided single‑sign‑on access for members, and improved efficiency and functionality—enabling seamless content delivery, enhanced training capabilities and better member self‑service.
