One Door Mental Health, a 35‑year provider of mental health programs accessible via the NDIS, faced an increasingly cluttered website on the Elcom platform: more than 90 links on landing and primary menus, NDIS/industry jargon, and complex navigation that overwhelmed less tech‑savvy users and made content management time‑consuming. The organisation wanted to move from a brochure‑style site to a single, classified-style experience where visitors could easily filter services by need.
Elcom redesigned the site with user-focused taxonomy and a Find a Service page that supports keyword search and filters by category, service, location and setting, plus colour‑coded categories, dynamic widgets, simplified CMS controls and per‑service referral forms. The result is a far more navigable site that boosts cross‑service discovery, reduces maintenance overhead, increases intake forms and streamlines lead handling — with ongoing Elcom support and future CRM integration options.
