Holiday Coast Credit Union, a member-owned financial institution, needed to modernize its digital services to deliver always-open, personalized banking across devices. Their brief called for a mobile-responsive public website and a secure, integrated staff portal to support life-stage navigation, targeted content, lead generation and compliant workflows for a distributed workforce.

Elcom was selected for its elcomCMS platform and ran journey-mapping and CX design workshops, migrating content and building a responsive site with a pop-up calculator, Single Sign-On, corporate directory, Active Directory connector and forms/workflow.
