Hino Australia, a Toyota‑affiliated manufacturer of light, medium and heavy‑duty transport solutions with over 55 years in the Australian market, faced a fragmented, paper‑based workflow and a limited in‑house intranet that only supported reporting. IT needed a proven, customizable CMS with off‑the‑shelf functionality and a developer API to replace the old system, integrate with multiple business systems, and automate manual processes without constant vendor costs.
Elcom was selected and used to build “Hino Central” — a single platform hosting the staff intranet, dealer extranet and partner portals, plus custom web apps and integrations (OCR invoice capture, workflows and ERP sync).
