The Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) helps Australian businesses succeed in international trade from more than 100 locations worldwide. Austrade needed a single, consolidated web platform to support a complex environment of main and satellite sites with differing requirements, enable personalised services, manage events and multilingual content, integrate maps and business systems, and reduce costs while migrating over 20,000 content assets.

Elcom implemented a new Web Content Management System featuring an LMS, simple publishing, events management integrated with CRM, multi‑site and multilingual support, maps integration, membership segmentation and payment/system integrations. The result was more efficient content production and multi‑site management, improved accessibility, training and event capabilities, better personalised user experiences, a stable scalable platform, and reduced costs through consolidation and extensibility for mobile and social channels.
