Ascham School, a progressive K–12 institution, needed a single, self-service intranet to better connect staff, parents and students, provide timely and accurate information, and integrate seamlessly with its School Management System. The brief called for intuitive usability, easy customization and a single point of truth to reduce administrative friction and improve communication across the community.

Elcom co-created “The Hub” with Ascham’s developers and design partners, integrating Synergetic, single sign-on and modules for forms, calendars, documents and workflows. The result was immediate adoption: personalized views for parents and students, faster access to up-to-date information, reduced email traffic and measurable efficiency gains that created a more connected, productive school community.
