Spaulding for Children, a nonprofit dedicated to improving child welfare outcomes, faced the challenge of training a large and diverse audience of court professionals at scale. They selected ELB Learning to develop and deliver a solution.

ELB Learning developed a five-module, self-paced online course hosted on their Rockstar Learning Platform. The solution provided centralized access and tracking for learners across jurisdictions. The training achieved significant results, reaching approximately 800 registered professionals with 500 completions. It delivered measurable knowledge gains, increased participant confidence, and achieved a 4.4 out of 5 satisfaction rating from learners.
