The Sigma Chi Leadership Institute, a fraternity dedicated to values-based leadership, needed to transform its stale, PowerPoint-based online programs into engaging training for its members. Without an in-house eLearning expert, their content was described as boring and failed to effectively teach important policies and decision-making skills. They partnered with ELB Learning to develop a modern, custom eLearning solution.

ELB Learning created a series of interactive online modules guided by custom avatars to teach fraternity history, values, and how to handle realistic scenarios involving alcohol and risky behavior. This new training from ELB Learning led to higher pledge retention rates, an increase in pledge-class GPAs, and greater leadership development among members. The program’s success was recognized with several industry awards, including a Brandon Hall Group Gold award.

Sigma Chi
