RPM reduces LMS build times from 3–6 weeks to days with ELB Learning

ELB Learning partnered with RPM, a provider of logistics for the automotive ecosystem, to address its learning and development challenges. RPM's small L&D team needed to scale training quickly for its U.S. workforce using an underutilized LMS that lacked proper tracking and was difficult to use. The primary goals were to efficiently convert SME materials into training, deliver a frictionless learner experience, and establish a single source of truth for job aids and compliance documents.

The solution implemented was the Rockstar Learning Platform, which featured MicroBuilder for rapid content creation, single sign-on, and robust reporting. As a result, RPM reduced content build times from weeks to days and achieved enterprise-level scale. Within four months of launch, approximately 95% of U.S. employees had completed at least one course, and 157 modules were created. The platform also became the single source of truth for process documentation, supporting ISO 9001 compliance.
