League of Women Voters of Salt Lake registers 3,600+ new voters with ELB Learning

The League of Women Voters of Salt Lake, a nonpartisan grassroots organization, needed to train its volunteers to confidently register new voters at community and naturalization events. They partnered with ELB Learning to create a custom eLearning course that would serve as both a refresher for returning members and essential training for new volunteers, ensuring forms were completed correctly to prevent invalid registrations.

ELB Learning developed a Voter Registration training program using the Lectora authoring tool and hosted it on their Rockstar Learning Platform LMS. The solution provided flexible, accessible training without assessments to build volunteer confidence. As a result, the organization registered over 3,600 new voters, with 92% being new citizens, and ELB Learning's donated efforts were praised for helping to achieve the envisioned solution.
