Sennebogen, a multinational provider of large material handling machines, faced challenges with an entirely manual, in-person training program. Their scheduling system caused frequent double-bookings and a 40% no-show rate for sessions. They partnered with ELB Learning to modernize their training, seeking to automate enrollment, reduce cancellations, shorten in-person time, and create a virtual way to showcase their products to global customers.

ELB Learning implemented the Rockstar Learning Platform to automate scheduling and manage enrollments. They developed custom eLearning courses, utilized a game template from The Training Arcade® for prerequisite training, and built a product tour with CenarioVR®. This solution eliminated training no-shows, increased unique users, automated scheduling, and condensed 8 hours of in-person training into 2 hours online. It also provided customers with a virtual warehouse tour to aid purchasing decisions.
