Hoopis Performance Network creates 6,131 learning modules with ELB Learning

Hoopis Performance Network (HPN), a digital learning and development provider, faced challenges in efficiently distributing its vast training content library to client LMS platforms. The existing process was time-consuming, struggled with customization requests, and risked exposing HPN's valuable intellectual property. To address these issues, HPN partnered with vendor ELB Learning to implement its MicroBuilder® authoring tool.

ELB Learning's MicroBuilder solution enabled HPN to create and deploy secure, SCORM-compliant microlearning modules directly into client systems without losing control of its IP. This hosted approach streamlined updates and distribution. As a result, HPN has created and distributed over 6,131 learning modules, achieved a faster turnaround on client requests, and expanded its global reach with multilingual content.
