Hoopis Performance Network partnered with ELB Learning to address the challenge of social and emotional development in middle school students, specifically the peer difficulties, rejection, and victimization that many adolescents face. This required a solution that could help students understand their own emotions, communicate effectively, and problem-solve.

ELB Learning implemented the Character Playbook course, a custom-built solution featuring realistic, interactive scenarios where students navigate topics like social media and peer pressure. The solution focused on five core competencies: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. Through this engaging platform, students learned to build healthy relationships by making choices in true-to-life situations.
