Lundbeck, a global pharmaceutical company, sought to better prepare its sales representatives for an upcoming national meeting by evaluating and improving their comprehension of two specific drugs. They partnered with ELB Learning to create a gamified solution to engage their five different sales groups.

ELB Learning developed the "Great Minds, Greater Purpose" mobile app, featuring a mountain-climbing theme. The solution incorporated content and games licensed from their The Training Arcade® platform, including Scenarios, Sort-It, and Recall, to deliver interactive training. The app tracked completion and used leaderboards to motivate reps, ensuring they were fully prepared with the necessary knowledge before the sales meeting.
