Entegris trains 200+ new managers with ELB Learning

Entegris, a global leader in advanced materials science, faced a challenge in creating consistency after recent acquisitions introduced new managers with varied experience levels and styles. Their goal was to streamline development through their Management Achievement Program (MAP) to ensure all managers had the necessary core competencies. They enlisted vendor ELB Learning to develop a virtual version of this program.

ELB Learning developed a blended learning solution for Entegris that included live workshops, virtual synchronous sessions, and asynchronous elements like LinkedIn Learning Paths. The program taught 10 key managerial areas and incorporated small triads for accountability and coaching. As a result, over 200 participants have been trained, instilling a sense of empowerment and collaboration that increased productivity and engagement across the company.
