Case Study: CISCRP launches an engaging virtual health fair with ELB Learning’s CenarioVR

The Center for Information and Study on Clinical Research Participation (CISCRP) needed to convert its in-person AWARE for All health fair into a digital event when the COVID-19 pandemic prevented large gatherings. Their challenge was to create an engaging online experience where participants could interact with exhibitors and learn about clinical trials. They engaged vendor ELB Learning's product, CenarioVR, through their partner Illumina Interactive to develop a solution.

ELB Learning's solution was an immersive, 360-degree virtual reality health fair built with CenarioVR. The result was a highly successful event that was easy to navigate and allowed for continuous engagement. Notably, there was no drop in exhibitor participation, with over 30 exhibitors taking part. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and organizers anticipate a 66% increase in exhibitors for the next virtual event, surpassing their in-person averages.
