Arcadis N.V., a global leader in sustainable design and engineering, sought to operationalize its sustainability vision by equipping its 36,000 employees worldwide with the knowledge to integrate sustainable practices into their daily work. The challenge was to create a unified, high-quality learning experience for a diverse global workforce with varying familiarity with sustainability concepts. ELB Learning partnered with them to develop a multi-module eLearning curriculum.

ELB Learning co-developed a scalable, multilingual curriculum featuring 14 interactive modules with animations and scenario-based activities. The solution was tailored to Arcadis's branding and made accessible in seven languages. This initiative achieved a remarkable Net Promoter Score of over 70, successfully standardized sustainability understanding across the company's regions, and raised the internal bar for high-quality training.
