Arcadis launches 30–35 minute scalable eLearning with ELB Learning

Arcadis, a global design, engineering, and consultancy firm, faced the challenge of enhancing quality awareness and process adherence for its 36,000 employees worldwide. They needed a scalable eLearning solution that delivered a consistent, on-brand message in under 35 minutes, integrated with their internal systems, and accommodated a fast-paced, consolidated review process. They partnered with vendor ELB Learning to develop this training.

ELB Learning used a co-design approach to rapidly create two complementary eLearning modules, "Intro to Quality" and AIMS training, built in Articulate Storyline. The solution featured a consistent Arcadis-branded experience with professional voiceovers and interactive elements. The modules were successfully delivered as accessible SCORM packages for the company's learning platform. As a result, quality learning is now embedded in global onboarding, the AIMS training is in pilot, and the project established a clear, measurable baseline for improvement with positive stakeholder sentiment.
