Large Law Firm, a Vancouver-based legal practice, previously accepted only cash and checks and wanted a modern, seamless way for clients to pay. Working with Elavon, the firm adopted Elavon’s Buy Button solution (integrated through the Converge platform) to expand its online payment capabilities.

Elavon implemented a website Buy Button and a URL-based link for mobile/text payments, enabling clients to pay online or via a sent link. The result, per a recent account review, is that the firm is extremely satisfied: payments are now streamlined through Converge, reconciliation is seamless, and manual check deposits have been largely eliminated (the firm still accepts a small number of checks).
