Gartner, a retail and wholesale business operating across Europe and the US, was facing the common challenges of modern omnichannel commerce: heavy dependence on manual processes, difficulty building a 360° customer view, scalability issues, and slow order and delivery management. To address these pain points, Gartner turned to elastic.io and its standardized integration platform as a service (iPaaS) to improve integration across cloud and on-premises systems.
Using elastic.io’s preconfigured connectors, data mapping tools, scheduling options, and monitoring capabilities, Gartner was able to automate key business processes and simplify integration between ERP, CRM, eCommerce, logistics, and other systems.
