Implementing a Standardized Integration Platform for A Robust 360° Customer View and Highly Targeted Marketing Campaigns

Krombacher Brauerei, one of Germany’s largest privately owned breweries, needed a way to unify product and customer behavior data that was spread across multiple systems and online portals. The goal was to create a robust 360° customer view, centralize data into a source of truth, and support highly targeted, personalized marketing across channels. To address this, Krombacher selected elastic.io Enterprise iPaaS.

elastic.io implemented an event-driven integration platform connecting Salesforce, Exponea, and Krombacher’s online touchpoints using pre-built connectors, REST API, Webhook, AMQP, PubSub, and other utilities. The result was real-time synchronization across multiple systems, easier monitoring and maintenance, simpler GDPR-compliant user data deletion, and a smoother customer data migration without a heavy switch-over. The integration architecture was built and maintained by just two IT staff members, significantly reducing administration effort and speeding up new integrations.
