USAA Sees Success with Elastic Support

USAA, a Fortune 500 financial services firm serving current and former U.S. military members and their families, adopted Elastic to get a reliable support “safety net” for its open-source Elasticsearch deployments. They needed expert, on-call break‑fix assistance and a vendor who would be accountable during critical incidents.

Elastic’s Customer Care acted as an extension of USAA’s team—support engineer Greg Nieman provided emergency resolutions and ongoing advisory support.
