SurveyMonkey, the online survey platform processing more than 3 million survey responses a day, needed better control over help-center search for its global audience. Its native search offered little visibility into what content appeared for queries, lagged behind content updates, and couldn’t easily support localized search across 12 languages.

To solve this, SurveyMonkey implemented Elastic Site Search from Elastic, creating 12 localized search engines in just one day of development. Elastic enabled custom result ranking, weighted results, synonyms by language, and weekly analytics to guide content strategy, giving SurveyMonkey complete control over search and helping users find relevant help content faster across international audiences.
