SoftBank implemented the Elastic Stack (Logstash, Elasticsearch, Kibana), alerting, and machine learning to create real-time, color‑coded dashboards and automated Slack alerts with drill‑down capability by payment method and merchant. The solution sped incident detection and resolution, enabled ML‑driven anomaly and fraud detection, replaced brittle manual reporting, and expanded analytics to sales teams with self‑serve dashboards and visualization tools for collaborative, data‑driven decision making.
