RWE powers its renewable energy trading business, using Elastic Observability

RWE Supply and Trading (RWEST), part of RWE, needed a way to keep its trading systems highly available while moving a complex mix of in-house and third-party applications to the cloud. With more than 1,000 data sources across logs, infrastructure, APM, and synthetic monitoring, the team needed a centralized observability platform that could support cloud migration and improve issue resolution. RWE chose Elastic Observability on Elastic Cloud to meet these needs.

Elastic implemented a scalable AIOps observability solution that unified monitoring data and supported automation across RWEST’s systems. As a result, RWE improved performance and availability, reduced service interruptions, and accelerated time-to-resolution through better signal detection and cross-team collaboration. Elastic also helped RWEST scale its AWS migration and continue building toward a full cloud environment.
