Renewi deploys Elastic Observability to optimize performance of business-critical applications

Renewi, a leading European recycling company, needed a more modern way to monitor and troubleshoot its business-critical applications, including Salesforce and its MyRenewi customer portal. Its in-house monitoring tool was hard to update, lacked strong support, and raised security concerns, so Renewi looked for a more scalable and user-friendly approach with Elastic Observability on Elastic Cloud.

Elastic implemented a proof of concept and deployed Elastic Observability on Microsoft Azure, giving Renewi unified visibility across logs, metrics, traces, and availability data. The result was faster error detection and resolution, easy-to-use dashboards for non-technical teams, and better insight into message flows across applications. Elastic also helped Renewi improve IT ROI, shift costs to a more predictable operating model, reduce energy use and carbon footprint, and quickly replicate previous monitoring functionality while expanding support for new applications.
