A Elastic Case Study
InfoTrack is a legal technology company that aggregates government, property and legal documents into a single searchable platform for law firms, banks, real estate firms and government bodies. As the business scaled to millions of documents and thousands of logs per second, InfoTrack faced slow, fragmented search, manual logging and limitations with Amazon’s managed Elasticsearch (restricted security, older stack version and limited tuning), which hindered developer-led innovation and rapid product rollouts.
InfoTrack migrated to Elasticsearch Service on Elastic Cloud and standardized on the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Beats, Kibana, APM), centralizing logs, enabling real‑time search and monitoring, and simplifying scaling and security. The move powered new offerings like Data Lake Search, sped up issue resolution and daily deployments, and delivered measurable results: NPS improved by about 10 points to 80+, new customers grew ~15% year over year, market share expanded, and search performance and developer productivity increased.
