inq., a Pan-African cloud-based digital service provider operating in six countries, needed a single way to centrally monitor a large, distributed network across multiple geographies. Before working with Elastic, inq. relied on many isolated monitoring tools and databases, which made it difficult to aggregate, correlate, and quickly troubleshoot issues across its infrastructure and customer environments.

Elastic implemented a scalable, customizable monitoring platform using Elastic Cloud, distributed Logstash, and role-based Kibana dashboards across all operating companies, along with single sign-on for customer visibility. The solution improved network visibility, enabled real-time issue detection, supported security use cases with Elastic Security for SIEM, and helped inq. identify unbilled links carrying traffic to improve revenue capture. The success also led to inq. becoming the first Elastic MSSP partner in Sub-Saharan Africa.
