Eze Castle Integration (ECI) needed a way to secure its own systems and support a fast-growing managed security service for financial services clients while meeting strict compliance and log-retention requirements. Before working with Elastic, ECI’s teams used separate monitoring tools and log formats, creating data silos and making it harder to spot suspicious activity or scale security services efficiently.

Elastic helped Eze Castle Integration build a cloud-based SIEM on Elastic Cloud, using Elasticsearch, Elastic Security, Kibana, and Elastic Support to move quickly from proof of concept to production. The result was a service that can onboard new customers in under two weeks, ingest more than 2 billion events per day from 130 clients, and give SOC teams a single view for threat hunting and incident response, helping ECI quickly reassure clients during major security incidents.
