Cranfield University, a leading UK university, needed a more centralized and resilient way to monitor security logs across its diverse IT environment while supporting strict partner compliance requirements. Before working with Elastic, its log monitoring was manual and decentralized, making it time-consuming to investigate issues and protect systems used by thousands of students and researchers.

Elastic implemented Elastic Security on Elastic Cloud, with Kibana dashboards and existing log integrations to unify visibility across firewall, switch, intrusion detection, and other logs.
