DailyStep English is an online English-learning service founded by Jane that delivers daily audio lessons and course content to learners worldwide. Faced with a rapidly growing subscriber base (156,000 contacts, over 96,000 active users) and the need to send high-volume transactional and marketing emails (lesson reminders, newsletters) reliably and affordably, DailyStep turned to Elastic Email to manage deliverability, list hygiene and template/segmentation needs.
