eLabNext manages all samples at Singh Lab

Washington University School of Medicine’s Singh Lab, led by Dr. Nathan Singh, needed a reliable, easy-to-use, and low-cost way to log and track samples stored in -80°C freezers and liquid nitrogen after the lab launched in August 2019. After surveying several options, they selected eLabNext and its eLabInventory product for its intuitive interface, affordability, and vendor support.

eLabNext implemented eLabInventory and had the system up and running in about two weeks; the fast, browsable UI and search functionality are used daily to log and locate every sample tube and provide a full audit trail. As a result, eLabNext’s solution enabled the Singh Lab to maintain dependable sample visibility and organization—critical for their basic and translational CAR T‑cell research—and avoid costly inventory errors.
