EL Passion developed an AI-powered Virtual Compliance Officer (VCO) portal using their BuildEL AI workflow tool. The solution leveraged RAG technology with GPT-4 and multilingual models to provide accurate, context-aware responses and automate tasks like text extraction from images. This resulted in a smarter, scalable compliance platform with faster knowledge retrieval and global language support, which greatly enhanced EY's compliance processes without disrupting their existing operations.
