Wolf’s Ridge Brewing, a Columbus, Ohio micro-brewery and restaurant opened in 2013, needed a better way to manage growing distribution operations. As the company expanded to more than 3,000 barrels per year and handled inventory across multiple locations without an outside distributor, the team needed software to coordinate sales, inventory, delivery routes, invoicing, and communication. Ekos became their brewery management solution in January 2018.

With Ekos, Wolf’s Ridge Brewing gave sales, production, and distribution teams access to the same system, while Adam Hickernell used the platform to build pick lists, print invoices, track kegs, and sync directly with QuickBooks. Ekos helped the brewery know exactly where each product was stored, manage 3,000+ kegs, and streamline accounting tasks, saving Adam an estimated 5–10 hours per week.
