Visuals Wine, a winery launched in 2018 by the team behind Burial Beer in Asheville, NC, needed a better way to manage production as it expanded into a second location. Before Ekos, the team relied on a project management tool that helped organize tasks but didn’t connect production data to reporting or costing, making it difficult to scale and keep information accessible across locations.

Ekos provided Visuals Wine with an intuitive winery management system that organized production data, inventory locations, and floor plan visibility in one place. With Ekos, the team can quickly check tank or barrel status from anywhere, helping them stay on top of operations without digging through paperwork. The winery produced about 450 cases in 2020 and is planning further production growth for the 2021 harvest, while also benefiting from peace of mind that every step is documented.
