The Easy Living Company - Customer Case Study

Christopher Walsh founded The Easy Living Company to modernize how mobility and personal care products are sold — creating a bright, well-stocked shop with clear pricing and an accessible online presence. Working with limited funds and facing technical needs like VAT-exempt product handling, he built the business and launched an online store using the EKM platform to reach customers who couldn’t easily access traditional showrooms.

EKM provided the ecommerce platform, community support and hands-on help (including configuring VAT exemption) that allowed The Easy Living Company to launch its shop and website simultaneously in late 2014. The result: strong online and local demand — by late 2015 the business was busy enough to hire a full-time sales manager and plan new stores — demonstrating EKM’s role in enabling rapid growth and a scalable online presence.
