Sarah Beth Jewellers, a small independent jeweller in Rochford, Essex run by Alan, needed to launch and grow an online presence while managing cash-flow and time pressures as a one‑man band. To get online he had to sort domain and payment gateways, pick a theme and create content, then cope with the added disruption of COVID-19 — so he turned to EKM and its online shop platform for ecommerce and marketing support.
