Yorkshire Jigsaw Store is a specialist retailer launched in 2014 from a family gift shop in Easingwold, offering over 1,200 jigsaw designs. Owner Joe Rushton faced the twin challenges of building online selling skills and raising brand awareness against established competitors, then coping with sudden COVID-driven demand spikes that at one point equated to 18 months’ worth of orders in a single month. To get online quickly he used the EKM platform, including its website templates and payment systems.
