PUMBA (Pune University) using Online Exam System to Prepare MBA Students for Campus Placement

PUMBA (Department of Management Sciences, Savitribai Phule Pune University) needed a way to better prepare MBA students for campus placements and aptitude tests while tracking individual performance across Aptitude, English, Management subjects, Current Affairs and Finance. Eklavvya implemented an online assessment solution with a managed question bank, exam scheduling, weekly aptitude and subject tests, instant feedback and detailed result analytics (including reports on failures and number of attempts). The platform made exams paperless, simplified exam administration, delivered individual performance dashboards for faculty, saved costs, and helped students identify weak areas—improving placement readiness; PUMBA has begun expanding Eklavvya’s use across other examination departments.
