Nayak’s Tutorials, an ISO 9001:2008–certified coaching institute with 75 centers, over 500 tutors and more than 90,000 students across Maharashtra and Gujarat, faced rising administrative and logistics costs from manually creating and distributing chapter-/topic-wise internal exam papers for 8th–12th students. To automate question bank management and standardized paper generation, Nayak’s Tutorials selected Eklavvya’s online assessment and knowledge management platform (Eklavvya.in).

Using Eklavvya, Nayak’s Tutorials imported and tagged the entire 9th–10th question bank, built a hierarchical subject→topic→subtopic structure, defined exam templates, enabled subject-matter experts to compose papers online, and produced centralized reports with secure downloads for multi-branch exams. Eklavvya centralized and automated the paper-generation workflow, improved coordination across 75 branches, reduced logistical overhead, and has been in live use for three years, enabling standardized, repeatable assessments for tens of thousands of students.
