To combat this, GoPro partnered with Ekata and deployed Ekata Pro Insight alongside Ekata’s Identity Check API (integrated API) to gain a clearer picture of which orders were legitimate and which were fraudulent.

Using Ekata’s API in accept rules and Pro Insight for deeper validation, GoPro was able to sideline more suspicious orders to the fraud queue, reduce false positives, and keep its fraud queue from overwhelming SLAs so good orders ship faster.
