Large Coal Company, one of Australia’s largest coal port operators, needed a better way to plan and manage material movement while maintaining operator safety. Because machines were positioned far apart, the company faced lower planning efficiency, unpredictable throughput, inefficient cargo delivery, frequent relocation disruptions, and operator errors that hurt profitability.
