MIKROPAKK monitors 160 IP cameras with EIZO decoding monitors

Mikropakk, a Hungarian manufacturer of plastic closures and packaging systems, needed to modernize its outdated video surveillance across two production facilities for property protection and theft prevention. The challenge was to find a solution that could flexibly display feeds from 160 IP cameras according to a complex matrix, which led them to vendor EIZO and its IP decoding monitors.

EIZO implemented its DuraVision FDF2304W-IP and FDF4627W-IP monitors, which were uniquely able to display up to 16 camera streams simultaneously on a single screen. This provided a space-saving solution with excellent image quality that allowed security staff to easily visualize and analyze all feeds at once. As a result, Mikropakk achieved its goals of improved property protection, theft prevention, and incident detection. The customer stated they found no other manufacturer with a comparable solution and would consider EIZO for future installations.
