Case Study: Airservices Australia improves ATC training efficiency with EIZO Re/Vue

A EIZO Case Study

Airservices Australia improves ATC training for 140 trainees a year with EIZO

Airservices Australia, a government-owned aviation services organization, faced a challenge in capturing high-quality video and images from its new air traffic control training simulators. Their previous system only allowed for manual screenshots, which were insufficient for creating modern training materials and for effective student debriefs. They sought a solution to easily record and stream lossless video from their simulator displays and turned to vendor EIZO and its Re/Vue Mini recording device.

EIZO implemented a solution using four Re/Vue Mini devices, which provided mathematically lossless video and audio capture without interrupting simulator operations. This allowed instructors to remotely monitor students in real-time and create high-quality recordings for debriefs and training documentation. The vendor's product significantly reduced the time and effort required to produce training videos, improved the quality of training materials, and provided a portable solution for students to review sessions on their own devices.
